Hosanna Clay, MSN, APRN, FNP-C is a compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner with a strong clinical focus on diabetes and endocrinology. Diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes at the age of 10, Hosanna brings a unique combination of personal insight and medical expertise to her care, allowing her to deeply understand and support patients navigating complex endocrine conditions.
Originally from Central Illinois, Hosanna moved to Utah in 2017 and has since built her practice around helping patients manage Type 1 and Type 2 diabetes, thyroid disorders, and a wide range of hormonal and endocrine concerns. She is especially passionate about partnering with patients to create individualized, practical treatment plans that lead to meaningful improvements in health and quality of life.
Hosanna is committed to lifelong learning and continual clinical growth, and she finds great fulfillment in working collaboratively with patients to help them reach their health goals. She looks forward to caring for you in the clinic.
